Shipping Destinations
Orders are shipped to customers within the United States. Products are dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time on a business day begin processing that same day; orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order ships, transit takes approximately 6–11 business days depending on your location.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Request Mart will provide return instructions after the return request is approved. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label.
